Applicants coming from the Danish folkeskole, or other secondary schooling in Denmark would usually apply through optagelse.dk, the UU counsellor at your school will assist you with the procedure.

Applicants coming from a non-Danish school must apply through a special application form. Remember to write “Pre-IB” in the commentary section and Danish schools have been instructed by the Danish Ministry of Education that all applications for the Pre-Programme must be submitted through an online platform www.optagelse.dk.

REMEMBER THAT THE APPLICATION SHOULD BE HANDED IN BEFORE MARCH 1.

Regarding admission to our school. We will let you know as soon as we have made a dicision.  It might take some time, and you are welcome to write to us to ask for an answer. Never the less we will give you an answer before 1st of March if you have applied within.

Pre-IB application – writeable

Click at the link – write directly into the application – in the right corner of your screen you can download (with changes) and you now have all your informations written in the application. You can now send it directly to the school as an attached file.

The application form must be sent to our school along with:

• the latest report card
• a personal statement
• a copy of identification paper with your name and address
• a video presentation in english (if possible) (you can fx. use apple iMovie or other programmes).

! Please do NOT send your files through google drive. Attach the files as an pdf to your email correspondence.

If it is not possible to include a video upload, you can send this through google drive, but not the documents!
